The ABUHB Huntington's Disease team provides much needed support to many families across South East Wales.

This team has provided so much support to my husband Grant who was diagnosed with Huntington's Disease in 2013.

The clinical features of Huntington's disease can include psychiatric problems and difficulties with behaviour, feeding, communication and abnormal movements.

People can start to show the features of Huntington's disease at almost any age, but most will develop problems between the ages of 35 and 55.
The condition usually progresses and gets worse for around 10-25 years, until the person eventually die

I have decided not to buy Christmas Cards this year, but to donate money to the team so they can continue providing the support that is needed.
