    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Chris is a member of slimming world and is trying to lose 10st to improve his health however his mental state is making it a real struggle. Chris was rushed into hospital in the back of an ambulance at 2am a little over a year ago with a heart rate of 220bpm and it took the hospital 24 hours to bring his heart rate down.

He keeps a video blog as below. feel free to have a watch.

Chris struggles with stress/anxiety/depression, and A-fib (heart condition) due to his experiences. He is now trying to move on and improve and has joined slimming world however due to his heart condition and his anxiety he is scared to push his body as he doesn't think his heart will take it. I am trying to raise funds to help Chris get the treatment and help he needs in order to improve his mental state and help him move forward with his weight loss.
