This year, we have a group of family and friends that are taking part in the Cardiff 10k plus the family 2k run in memory of the beloved Alfy (Alan Parsons).

As many of you know, Alfy suffered with Kidney problems for many many years, and this is a way that we would love to give something back to the charity and also by making awareness.

However, all monies raised from this event, we have decided to split between two charites which are The Kidney Wales foundation & also The British Heart Foundation.

The Bristish heart foundation has been chosen due to Alan passing away due to a condition names Endorcaditus - which is an affection that attacks the valves of heart. Before Alan‘s passing, he underwent hours of intensive heart surgery but unfortunatley, he lost his battle and sadly passed away.

This is now our way, to give something back to these wonderful chariities and recognise the extent of the hard work from their wonderul teams.
