I'm going to row the English Channel...well sort of, this epic journey will start and end in my loft.

With the help of my trusty (but dusty) rowing machine, I will attempt to travel 21 miles without leaving my house (or slathering myself in goose fat).

I'm aiming to raise as much money as I can for Suttons Primary School. The children have been absolute superstars this year and deserve a treat. Any money I raise will help The Friends of Suttons PTA make school life even better for our little heroes.

I'm taking on this challenge via The English Channel Virtual Challenge so that I can't cheat. They will track my progress and make sure I don't stowaway on a passing, virtual Sealink Ferry.
