I've raised £300 to support RDF (Rhys' Donation Foundation), a charity for young people and their carers who are battling cancer.

Organised by Nicole Croft
I'm raising money to support RDF, a local charity that provides items of comfort and distraction for young people and their carers who are battling cancer. This ranges from experiences to gifts to put a smile on their faces. The charity was set up following the devastating death of their 16 year old son Rhys after a 12 month battle with cancer. I lived near Rhys and his family for a number of years and had the absolute pleasure of knowing this hugely clever and bright boy and his family. I'm going to raise the money by running 26.2 miles in the Manchester marathon which seems a daunting challenge but will be worth while in order to raise money for this amazing charity.
