I've raised £6000 to pay off debts following health crisis

Hi, I’m Nicole. I am a 30-year-old mother of three and need your help.
Unable to see my GP in 2020 due to Covid restrictions, doctors failed to diagnose a deadly oral cancer on my tongue which has left me unable to speak and tube fed.
Although I sent photos and phoned my surgery five times, I was advised to use Bonjela for what was wrongly diagnosed as a harmless mouth ulcer.
The cancer was only picked up by a midwife while I was giving birth to my third child Neveah in March 2021. Unable to speak, I had been using an iPad to communicate and she became concerned.
I had half my tongue removed during a 15 hour operation, as well as radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
My story has since been covered by the national print and broadcast press here and by the Mouth Cancer Foundation Charity here to warn people of the dangers of missed diagnosis.
Once the gruelling treatment was over, I was placed in a care home for respite which was supposed too be six weeks turned into two years instead. But during my recovery here I unknowingly fell into debt due to council tax and rent arrears and other debts. I am now being prosecuted.
With all my problems I am desperate to get back to some form of normality with my two children and living in my home, which has been adapted for me. However, unless I pay off the debts I could face eviction and a criminal record.
Citizens Advice helped me lift the immediate threats. But I have one week to pay my Council Tax in full. I don’t have that money.
I would be really grateful for any financial help, however small, to start to pay off the debts so I can get back to some sort of stability. Thank you.
