My problem is one that has botherd generation after generation. One that takes 1 in 4 people's life's EACH YEAR ... that problem is metal health.

When I say that it TAKES people's life's, I don't say it just to be overly dramatic either. NO! mental health dos't just come and go or just happens to interrupt your day, it can take up someone's entire life and can get SO BAD!!! That they can't get out of bed in the morning!

And that's not even the worst it can get. NO! others cut themselves just to relieve their pain or to take their mind off thier own thoughts! i even can't stress enough how that must feel like to be so lost! And alone in this dark place where the ONLY escape is the knife! ..... did i say only??? Actualy scratch that that beacuse it can EVEN WORSE!
Did I not mention suicide? There where 6,000 thousand suicides last year in the UK alone.... 6,000!!!! People took thier own lives!! Do I really need to say More?

So please if you can even donate only one pound to help, that could change these people's lives forever!
