Last year, my struggles with mental and physical illness forced me to quit school. I wanted to better myself, and improve my mental state before jumping into anything else, but my families financial situation meant that I had to find a job. It's been good for my confidence, and I realised my dreams of finishing school and really becoming something.

My one problem now is money. I have the motivation, and my heart is in the right place, but I won't succeed if I cant even buy the stationary needed to study.

When I'm back at school, I will organise and LGBT/ mental health group to support younger students who are struggling.

With my studies, I am also planning on writing children's books that explain mental health, so I can use my own struggles to support others.
