Story

50K in May - Move for Mental Health & Animal Rescue 💚

This May, we're taking on the 50K in May challenge - and we'd love your support.

Behind every rescued animal is a story we don’t always see. Many come from homes where people are facing incredibly tough circumstances, including struggles with mental health. Sometimes, making the heartbreaking decision to give up a beloved pet is actually an act of care.

At the same time, those working in rescue are exposed to difficult, emotional situations every day, and mental health challenges within the rescue community are very real.

That’s why this challenge matters.

By completing 50km throughout May — whether we walk, run, cycle, swim or mix it up — we're raising funds for Northern Ireland Exotic Sanctuary and the Mental Health Foundation, supporting both vulnerable animals and the people who need help the most.

Every step is for:

💚 Animals in need of safety and care

💚 People facing mental health challenges

💚 Raising awareness and making a real difference

If you can, please donate; every contribution, big or small, helps create real impact.

And if you’re feeling inspired, why not take on the challenge yourself?

Do it for the animals.

Do it for mental health.

Do it for your own wellbeing.

Thank you so much for your support 💚
