Story
Well it's happening - I'm turning 50! I can't do anything to stop it so I've decided to embrace it by celebrating with and for others.
As most of you know I have admired the work of Marie Curie Cancer Care ever since Dad spent the last week of his life in the Hospice in 2009. The care and support they provided for him and our family during that week and in the following months was second to none.
Therefore I want to do something to recognize and support the wonderful work they do.
Coupled with this, I also want to support another great cause that I have connections with - a mission trip to Uganda in July 2018 which is being organized by a group of people from Sydenham Salvation Army.
