As local heroes go, the name Brian Bach stands out above most. Renowned for helping everyone from the young in the ring to cutting old people's gardens, the list can go on forever. One thing is for certain, he is a true hero and that's a #FACT. Our Community has benefited so much from his dedication and voluntary work spanning many decades. ❤️

And now it's time for us all to show our appreciation to this legend and give something back to help him and his family.

As you might have already known, Unfortunately Brian was subject to a very nasty fall over the weekend causing a fractured neck in 3 places. He was rushed to Stoke hospital where yesterday he went in for surgery. The lengthy surgery was successful but resulted in having 2 plates put in his neck.

There is a long rehabilitation process ahead and the family are uncertain as to the length of time he will be in hospital and how much after care he will need.

This is where you come in. As you can imagine, travelling costs to and from stoke, cost of accommodation, cost for family to come home is already adding up and getting very expensive.

It's time to give back and help Brian in that unique way only our Community can. In time of need we pull together and help each other.
