My only daughter, who is just 11 ,is the light of my life accidentally let out one afternoon that her mother was intending to move abroad with her then boyfriend (now her fiancee).Now i'm no rocket scientist but i had an inkling something was happening because i always get the silent treatment from my little girls mother when something is happening and the fact she was dating a foreign man lit a fire in my imagination as she had several time before expressed a wish that she could move away from her life in the uk.
Now i have found out that before my daughter even let it slip,everyone else but myself had known about it weeks,maybe even months before me!.
I personally do not like to ask for anything and will do all that i can myself before i ask for help,but on this occasion i am asking for BIG help from anyone who cares.
It is not my wish that my daughter be taken abroad and as i have parental responsibility for her i must do everything i can to make sure she will be able to make up her own mind as to where she wants to be.

In short.I have no money to raise a case for continuing to be able to see my daughter or help her make her own descision as to where she wants to live,so i am hoping that anyone with a heart or who has been in the position of losing their son or daughter to help me keep the contact that will for the next few years be so vital to myself and my daughter.
I wish to be able to legally put in place orders for this as she is my only family apart from my brother and the likelihood of contact without the legal profession being involved will be possibly non existent or to a lesser degree as little as can be managed by the other party.
My story seems maybe a little selfish but i love my girl and i have seen the hurt this type of thing has caused to other parents,and children and i want my girl to grow up knowing i did everything possible for her and so she can lead a normal life knowing her dad is there for her.
