Story

Dear Friends,

As some of you are aware I embarked on an adventure in February 2018 to climb Kilimanjaro, tallest free standing volcano in the world and of course the tallest mountain on the African continent.

Successfully by the kindness and support of you all, we raised a substantial amount of money for the Born Free Foundation. The foundation also set up a project to build a classroom for the Kilimanjaro Childlight Centre in Moshi (Tanzania).

The project struck a chord with my heart and I automatically started to think what more can I do to help.

In two weeks time I embark on my second East African trip, I am happy to say I will be climbing Mount Kenya, the second tallest mountain in Africa. This will be my 7th mountain in 7 months.

I am taking on the challenge not only discover more about myself but also to once again be surrounded by the most kind, generous and understanding people I have ever come across in my life time.

I wish to raise enough money to provide the children in the centre with everyday essentials (food, clothes, school equipment, toiletries etc..) I will also be volunteering my time once I have successfully completed the climb.

I thank you in advance for all your support for the past few months. Without all of your help, kind words and encouragement I surely would not be successfully reaching peaks.

With your generosity we may not be able to solve all the problems in the world, but we sure can make a positive difference to a few!

All my love always,

Nikolina
