Story

Yellow!!

This year, 1st of December 2019, for seven days (1,2,3,4,5,6,7 days) I will be climbing the highest free-standing mountain in the world!! Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus Serengeti, I bless the rains down in Africa!!!….

I am climbing Kilimanjaro in hopes of raising enough money to buy desks for the Kibisi Primary School in Tukuyu. After spending some time there, I realised that the local children have a strong desire to learn but are limited due to a lack of resources; such as not having enough desks and books during class. So we need at least 50 desks for the classrooms: it costs £20 to buy 1 desk that will accommodate 3 students (3 birds in 1 stone) BOOM!!.
So far I have managed to cover the costs for the trip; flight tickets, climbing fee, transportation and accommodation costs, but I need your help to help make a change.

I believe children are our future, so we must teach them well and let them lead the way, show them all the beauty they possess inside, give them a sense of pride to make it easier for their tomorrow.... I am sure you know the rest of the song, but what I'm trying to say is, let's work together to improve the educational experience for the children in Kibisi Primary school. 👍
