    Story

Shocked by what I saw in Moldova when I first visited I knew that something had to be done to help the thousands of starving children that lived on the streets and had no one to care for them., Its now 2017 and the situation has got little better.

Olea at 4 years of age had to make the local bus stop her home and would be forced to sleep under a bench.

Natasha was sent to the hospital by bus to die by her mother from a heart condition, they could not afford the price of two bus tickets so Natasha at 12 had to travel on her own.

There are many stories to tell, of the struggles for the people of Moldova but you can now read about it in my book "No Border Line" which can be found on Amazon.

I arrived in Moldova in 1994 on a two month visit but ended up staying for the next 10 years. Many Moldovan people I got to know over the years would ask why I would want to stay in a country such as theirs that only offered hardship and sorry, I still do not have the answer.
