Don't have time to donate right now?
For a number of years now I have been experiencing first hand the emotional challenges facing unaccompanied refugees and asylum seekers. Displaced from their families and their homelands because of war and poverty, they often risk so much to find peace and prosperity. Yet they are not accepted, not wanted. I have worked with two charities who focus primarily on the mental health and well-being of these forgotten young people; Refugee Resilience Collective and Art Refuge UK. I will be dedicating 3 personal challenges to raise money for them.Walking 70 miles in the Yorkshire Dales with my daughter Suzy, running 10K for the first time; and walking 273 km along the Camino De Santiago. Please be generous and think about the risk of a lost generation of young people when you donate.

This summer of 2017 I am talking myself on for a cause so deep to my heart: to support the mental health and well-being of unaccompanied refugees and asylum seekers. Three challenges in three months; walking the Yorkshire Dales, Running 10K, and walking the Camino.
