I am running the Great North Run for the 11th time this year. I am hoping to raise money for a charity that is very special to me, that we have set up in honour of my late father. I am aiming to raise money for free medical aid where a medical camp will be set up and health checks and prescriptions will be provided by the foundation. The Abdur Rouf foundation is registered charity that works to provide fresh water, housing and eduaction to be set up in the small village in which grew up in Bangladesh. I would be very grateful for the sponsorhip to help in the cause of free medical aid.
