Around a year ago we brought a former church in Yardley Wood which has now alhamdullilah been converted to a masjid. We took a loan out of £300,000 and need to urgently pay it back as it was Qarz e Hasanah

The prophet pbuh says,

Whoever built a mosque for Allah, Allah will build a palace for him in Paradise. (Ibn Abi Shaybah)

The Prophet (s) said whoever builds a masjid for Allah (swt), Allah (swt) will build for him a palace in Paradise. Not only that, if anyone put a brick in building and he was not able to donate or build a masjid, but he was able to put just a brick in the mason, put it in the building, that brick is going to witness for him on the Day of Judgment that it was a piece of a masjid.
