What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Northwards Housing is a not-for-profit ALMO (arms-length management organisation) managing over 13,000 City Council homes across north Manchester.

During the Covid-19 lockdown we’re working hard to support vulnerable residents.

Understandably, at the moment, lots of people can’t get out at all, so we’re helping out with shopping and food parcels.

We’re working with local charitable organisations to supply food to those people unable to shop for themselves.

To help keep the food banks well stocked, we would be grateful for any donations. All money raised will go directly to local charities. Helping to keep our most vulnerable neighbours safe and well.

Keep up the great work that supports and helps families and people in the local communities.
