North West Homeless

My name is Matthew and I live in the North West of England. Recently I have become extremely concerned about the number of homeless people. Statistics say that one in every two hundred people are homeless. This is a staggering 307,000 people in England alone. (*according to homeless charity Shelter)

I now have been given the opportunity of using my hobby of photography to raise funds for these homeless people.

The project I am organising involves seeking sponsorship and support from local businesses. This will enable me to go out into the community and do a photographic study of the homeless. I then plan to have an exhibition of my work, where local businesses and V.I.P's will be invited to donate pledges of support and money.

This Project is about raising awareness of the plight of homeless people and about helping to raise funds to support them.
