Story

If you have been looking for that little something to get you going, your family up and out or simply you have that friend that you know just needs a little nudge – we may have the challenge for you!

The November Challenge was born in 2015, simply as a way to get Children and parents out the door and being active for a mile a day.

In 2016 many companies also offered this to staff as a Pre Christmas incentive to get them up, fit and living a healthier lifestyle.

The Final day on December 1st is an incredible festival of friends and families all running together and then awarding of the medals to all entrants on Saundersfoot Harbour.

There are 2 options – Mile a day or “The Beast”; but please note only 6 athletes have completed the Beast since its inception 3 years ago. It is in essence an accumulator. So day 1 you run 1 mile, day 2 - 2miles etc etc. In total the athletes will cover 465 miles and 190 miles in the last week!!!

All this and raising money for some great causes.

The Captain Cymru Foundation looks to support children worldwide through education and sport with half the funds supporting children in Wales. Last year the funds built a school in Kabira, stocked the school with books and also funded teachers for 3 years!

So please grab a friend, forward to 5 friends and ask them to do the same and lets get everyone out and active this November.
