Novos Jets is the under 10s team for Novocastrians RFC in Newcastle. We are hoping to take the team away on a rugby tour to encourage team bonding through a series of pre-arranged activities as well as participating in a rugby festival in Doncaster. As you can imagine this is not the easiest of undertakings and we need children and adults to attend in order to make it work which almost doubles the costs for some parents.

We feel this would be extremely beneficial for player retention as we approach the critical age for losing players, and would be very helpful in building team spirit and helping our players develop. Some of our players may be restricted from participating due to cost, and it is some of those players that we would most like to reach and retain.

We are planning other activities, such as supermarket bag pack, car wash etc so any additional funding we can raise would be greatly received.
