I've raised £25000 to Help Father Majdi buy School Bags, pay school fees and buy medicine for orphans in Lebanon.

Every day thousands of people leave behind their loved ones, homes, jobs, and schools in search of safety. Today we were in Tripoli Lebanon giving out Food Packages, I met and spoke with Children who have not been to school in 3 years, many are working 7 days 6am to 8pm for $10 a week, broke my heart listening to their stories. When a child’s education is interrupted, he or she are likely to fall prey to poverty, exploitation and extremist ideologies. $100 will send a Child to school for a whole year... At What Cost do we look away.... AT WHAT COST !!! PLEASE support Nowell's Mission.
More than 2 million Syrians have crossed the boarder into Lebanon, a tiny country with no natural resources, its own population of 4 million and very high unemployment. Lebanon and its people are under enormous pressures, there are NO social services, it's not just the Syrians who are suffering many Elderly Lebanese are and children are also begging in the streets.
We are trying to help on several fronts, by providing Education, Micro-Finance and by supporting local grass roots NGOs who are doing amazing work on the ground, for more information and photo Please go to Nowell's Mission on Facebook.
Father Majdi runs several orphanages, Old age homes and 3 restaurants that serve 700 meals a day... to every nationality, all religions, where people pay with a smile.
He also runs schools and needs 5,500 School Bages, i have promised to deliver 2000, Please if you can help with one BAG at $20 or if you would like to do a fundraiser through your church, school or community for 10, 50 or a 100 bags i would be most grateful.
