J & G Meakins cricket club junior girls and boys have expressed a desire to raise awareness for homeless street children in India after learning about the hardships they face on a daily basis. We have embarked on an ambitious project to arrange a cricket tour for our boys and girls to Bengaluru where they will play local boys and girls in cricket matches, share in there daily lives and witness first hand the conditions street children live in. We are committed to providing these children a start in life by raising funds to provide them with an education.

We are completing lots of fundraising events between now and October 2018 when the children travel for this amazing experience.
