Our athletes represent BANES at Allstar Competitions around the UK in Levels 1,2 and 3 in the Cheerleading division, as well as, Lyrical and Pom Dance.

A little about us: Our vision is to provide professional Allstar dance and cheerleading training to athletes of all abilities and ages. Whilst learning from a safe environment our goals are to improve confidence, boost self-esteem, showcase the benefits of teamwork, improve technique and skills, and finally provide fun, welcoming, enjoyable classes.

Competitions are an opportunity for our athletes to showcase what they have been working on in class. Athletes train months in advance to perform routines (2.5 mins long) that challenges their flexibility, strength, mental determination and agility. Competitions help young athletes to develop and demonstrate real-world skills, which can be relevant for almost any job and it can give an edge in applications for scholarships. The very act of taking on challenges is motivating — and when it’s through the safe and fun setting of a cheer competition it can do wonders for children’s confidence and self-reliance
