Southport FC Community Foundation delivers a range of programmes to support the local community, including grassroots football, walking football for older adults, education and employability support for young people, inclusive sport such as powerchair football, food provision for families, and wider community initiatives focused on wellbeing, reducing isolation, and youth engagement.
