We are taking on a challenging long-distance cycle ride—and we need your support.

Our team will cycle from Llanelli in Wales to Theale in Reading to raise vital funds and awareness for Open Doors Open Minds Give Back CIC. Every mile will represent the courage it takes to speak up, ask for help and support someone through a mental health crisis.

Why We Are Riding

Open Doors Open Minds believes that nobody should have to struggle alone. The organisation helps men facing mental health challenges by creating welcoming spaces where people can talk openly, find compassionate support without judgement and connect with practical guidance and resources.

Too many people remain silent because of fear, stigma or uncertainty about where to turn. By supporting this ride, you will help Open Doors Open Minds reach people sooner, encourage honest conversations and remind those who are struggling that asking for help is a strength—not a weakness.

How Your Sponsorship Helps

Your donation will support the organisation’s ongoing mental health work, including peer support, community activity, practical resources and outreach.
