    Story

Our Crazy Bundle of Joy DAISY

Daisy is a small yorkshore terriar X Daschund (we/vet think-check her pictures for yourself too). Me and my dad rescued her from a man who kept her locked in the back of his small van which he too lived and travelled in around the clock.

Daisy came to me in passing and I managed to sweetalk her then-abusive owner into letting me and my dad have Daisy to help with my mental health and my Dad's physical disabilities and depression because of based on he would need to walk outside regularly. When we first got Daisy home she was just a big ball of furry matted dreadlocks full of fear and puppy eyes.

    Daisy Finds Her ForEver Home

Daisy is a sweet and lively little soul with a pure heart of gold. She has never looked so much at home. She has lived with us going on 2 years now, she is only rarely on her own and does not like to be seperated from me and my Dad, we can only guess this is her thanks for offering and giving her as much love as she deserves she loves to cuddle up fitting curled up on your lap and she's terribly protective, sometimes chasing the postman away. She is also very protective of her tennis balls, she has a number of them stashed around the flat :) We had all of her matted curls shaved off and put a pretty pink bow she wears constantly around her kneck as she's always fussed as a 'he' in the street.

Daisy has a certain special talent which makes her completely Unique...Aside from going to get Dad's slippers one at a time making sure he pts the first on before going for the other...She sits on her back legs (like a Meerkat-pics uploaded) when you talk to her or when she wants to get your attention. She has so much love to give and gives it freely to any dog/human she passes....However when she see's a cat her Doggie insticts kick-in!!

Daisy would rank extremely high teaming up for cricket or rounders as she will fetch and bring the ball and already be running for it again before you've picked the darn thing up. She will go for hours doing this down on P or th beach, her favourite ball-fetching area/location, she LOVES the sand and paddling to get the ball.

    SURGERY X-RAY and CT-SCAN

10 days ago I discovered a small lump on one of Daisy's breasts, the vet said she needs her mamory glands taken out but for cost just that one side plus having her spaid then a night in the hospital plus painkillers will bring us close to £1000 so throw in an X-ray to see why she's been lame on her front left shoulder/leg this last week which we think is why she's gone off eating in the same amount of days. Although this may not show us anything so she's have a CT scan as well which is A LOT more.

Can YOU Help Us Get Daisy's Health Back

Daisy needs surgery to remove the mamory glands on one side and a full hysterectomy. Ideally she need both sides mamory glands removed but due to the total cost with everything else just isn't possible. She will need painkillers and a brace to support her shoulder to stop her being so active. Due to my bad credit history I do not fall within the catagory to get a long-standing loan to pay for Daisy's treatment.
