I would like to raise money for my 15 year old brother Jack who has Laryngeal Cancer. Jack's life has completely changed since his diagnosis on his 15th birthday in November 2016.

He's the only child in the World that has ever had this form of Cancer.

It is usually found in the older generation who have smoked/drunk all their lives. In the last three and a half months he's undergone major surgery to remove his voice box, at which time a permanent stoma was made to enable Jack to breathe.

Jack no longer attends school due to his on-going treatment which includes chemotherapy and radiotherapy. He is unable to eat solids so is tube fed and can't talk so has to write/type everything he wishes to say.
Jack has also had complications along the way that have resulted in multiple stints in hospital, which have not only affected him but also my mum who has been by his side day and night.

Now nearly 3 months on and with treatment ending, we were told the news no family should ever have to hear. Jack’s condition has taken a turn for the worst, the Cancer has spread and is now terminal.

Not knowing how long we have left with him, we want to make as many happy memories as we can and truly cherish the time we have left to spend with him.

As all his siblings myself, his 3 brothers and young nephew want to make some amazing memories with him so we're asking for a little help along the way.

Jack would love to go with all his friends on a tour of the Emirates Stadium and go into the Arsenal museum in London. He would also love to meet one of his heroes Alexis Sanchez if we could arrange that for him.
