Story
The Old Market hall is in the centre of the historical market town of Llanidloes, Mid Wales. It is the only surviving wooden framed market hall in Wales having been built in the 17th century.
Funding from the County Council ceased this year so The Old Market Hall is desperately in need of funding so that we can keep it open to the public during the summer months. It is a great asset to the town of Llanidloes which itself is steeped in history.
The Old Market Hall Management Committee are made up of volunteers who act as curators of the exhibitions usually open to the public during the summer and managing the upkeep of the building.
