Hello, my name is Oliver and I am fifteen years old. In July 2020, I hope to embark on an exciting expedition to Swaziland (or eSwatini) in Southern Africa with the organisation World Challenge.

Not only will this trip consist of a challenging hike through some of Africa’s most dramatic countryside, but will also involve much needed voluntary work in one of Swaziland’s poorest communities. This might include the construction of a small classroom or the installation of a water well in a country greatly affected by the Sub-Saharan African HIV/AIDS pandemic, which has orphaned many young children.

To finance this opportunity, fundraising is essential. My friends and I hope to hold events in the future, so watch this space! I also intend to take part in sponsored activities.
