🌊 Rowing the Atlantic — 3,000 Miles for Three Amazing Causes

This December, I’ll be setting off on the World’s Toughest Row — rowing 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. No engines, no sails, just oars and grit.

Why? Because I believe in pushing limits, chasing big goals, and, most importantly, using challenges like this to make a difference.

I’m rowing in support of three brilliant causes close to my heart:

📚 Shiplake Primary School — helping to give kids the best start in life through better resources, opportunities, and support.

💙 My Name’s Doddie Foundation — funding research and support for those affected by Motor Neurone Disease.

🎯 The Clocktower Foundation — an amazing charity that helps wounded Special Forces heroes and their families rebuild, recover, and thrive.

Every single mile I row is a mile of pain, sweat, and resilience — but also a mile closer to raising vital funds for these organisations. Crossing an ocean is about endurance, teamwork, and belief, values I see reflected in the work these charities do every single day.

It’s going to take me and the team around 40 days at sea, battling sleep deprivation, storms, blisters, and exhaustion. But I know it’s nothing compared to the daily battles faced by those these charities support.
