We are experiencing crimes from same group of people, these include intimidation when fly-tipping and waste dumping, racial abuses, criminal damages, assault, racially aggravated assaults. Despite providing some video evidence and more than 30 incidents reported to the Suffolk Constabulary, nothing much has been done. The perpetrators have been emboldened due to lack of consequences to themselves of their criminal behaviour. Private Prosecution is a lawful way of tackling crimes and let the perpetrators know that there are consequences of their conduct even when the Police is doing little about them. Hopefully this will set boundary to their conduct and to reduce crimes in the community. We would be most grateful of your donation for this legal fund to start private prosecutions.
