I've raised £14000 to send Olivia, Holly and Ollie to the 24th Worldwide Scout Jamboree in July 2019.

In September 2017 the Scout Leaders told us of the process of applying to take part in the 24th Worldwide Scout Jamboree in July 2019. Excited for this chance, our Scouts applied and was accepted and then invited to take part in the selection weekend. By the end of November they heard that they had been accepted and was thrilled to have this wonderful opportunity, Olivia, Holly and Ollie had been awarded their first choice of West Virginia and Nathan and Roberto had their first choice of Kandersteg. At the beginning of February they went on her first Jamboree camp and were told what they could expect from their respective trips.
The site itself The Summit Bechtel Reseve is one of the most advanced and sustainable adventure bases for youth in the world. Scouts will hone their marksmanship skills by learning to throw tomahawks, knives, shoot arrows, pistols, rifles and more! The centre houses the longest zip line in the world - a total of 5.5 miles reaching up to 50 mph in places! Also available to Scouts is sailing, dragon boating, a water obstacle course, tree houses, rock climbing, high ropes and many more too many to mention.
They have the opportunity for a 3 day “big-city experience” in Washington and a visit to Canada, but of course this 3 week excursion comes a high price! Please help our Scouts fulfil their dream
