I've raised £15000 to Help to fund a mosque,

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
We are seeking to reconstruct a damaged historical masjid in need of major reconstruction work in an area called Xamar Weyne, which is an old town in the Somali capital, Mogadishu. The mosque is called Masjidka Raqeyga. It was built more than 224 years ago (1794 AD) and the last time it was rebuilt was in 1970. It is one of two mosques near the biggest and busiest market in Xamar Weyne, Central Mogadishu. The community are very poor and unable to raise the funds to do the repair work. The masjid has suffered damage over time resulting in the building needing major reconstruction. The community is being deprived of such an important institution in their town. Masjids are the centre of any community where people can congregate for their five daily prayers and Friday congregation sermons. A masjid not only serves as a place where Muslims can come together for prayers, but for information, education and meetings. Our aim is to raise £15,000. This is an excellent form of Sadaqah Jariyah which has benefits in this world and the hereafter and for whoever you make the intention for.
Be generous, therefore, for whatever you spend on yourself is only for your temporary sustenance while whatever you spend in the way of Allah (swt) is an investment in your future which will provide everlasting sustenance. Seek to invest in others for your own benefit with whatever Allah (swt) has endowed you,
Uthman ibn Affan reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, then Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.”
