I'm raising £1000 for Omnibus ABC by running a 10k in memory of Tony Cesay in June and a half marathon in October.

Omnibus is a community-focused boxing and youth development initiative designed to support young people both in and beyond the ring.

Omnibus was founded by Tony Cesay, a highly respected boxing coach with a long-standing track record of working with young people, particularly those at risk of exclusion, involvement in crime, or disengagement from education. Tony has dedicated years to mentoring young people through boxing, helping them build discipline, confidence, and direction, and has produced both competitive athletes and positive role models within their communities.

We are heartbroken that Tony died of Motor Neurone Disease (MND) on 23rd April. I'm running in his memory, keeping alive the stories of him telling everyone "You've gotta run Son".

Tony welcomed me into Omnibus with open arms and gave me the opportunity to thrive in boxing alongside Jen who first brought me along to the club. I've seen first hand the impact Tony has had on everyone he met. A truly special man who we will carry on to make proud.

Jen and I are leading Omnibus to carry on his legacy and reach more young people to transform their lives through boxing.

A ten for Tony will support our brilliant club and boxers and in a small way to show gratitude for Tony’s legacy and the many sacrifices he made for the club and young people he worked with.

All money raised will go directly to enable more young people to join the club, equipment for boxers, and to help us to find a permanent location to run the club from.

Anything big or small really will make a massive difference and these runs are big stretch goals for me! So do cheer me on as I train hard for each event.
