I moved to north wales just over two years ago. i originally came for a few weeks break, but loved it here so much i ended up staying. it did not take me long to feel at home here, and to see where i could be of benefit. i soon began to notice the amount of talented kids around where i was living and the fact no one was seeing these kids the way i did. i had run music project before i came to wales. but i saw that these kids need someone who could help them achieve there dreams

so in 2015 i started a music project at prestatyn high school. the project was an instant hit with the kids who where having low self-esteem and engagement problems, coming from a very similar up-bringing to some of these kids i knew the importance music had in my life, so we began some music work shops with them. this ran throughout the school holidays and part of the term but, unfortunately due school exams the project moved to the popin center and has continued to run and grow.

for the first year the project was able to secure funding that got us some recording equipment such as a laptop and a music software. but we still need help to get other things the kids need so they can perform to the best. we would like to raise £2000 to help towards making an album cd and buying some more recording and filming equipment.
