Story

The village of Ombersley lies 6 miles North of Worcester and is home to a population of around 2,100 people.

At the heart of the thriving community, which includes a popular First School, renowed delicatessen and multiple award-winning eateries, lies the Ombersley Community Hall and surrounding play areas.

Sadly, the playground has fallen into a state of disrepair, with much of the apparatus have become unsafe or unusable.

The Ombersley Playground Action Group has been established to rectify this, and aims to raise enough funds to bring the space back into best use.

The scheme includes opportunities to introduce equipment that will be more accessible for less able bodied children to make us of the playground, as well as reviving the space for the wider community to use and feel proud of.

By supporting our fundraising, you will be helping us to encourage more children to play outside in a safe and fun environment at the heart of their local community.
