Overstone Park CC has been a family orientated club for many years. We pride ourselves on having a great Junior set up and giving our youngsters the opportunity to progress to our 3 hugely successful Adult teams.

We are in unprecedented times and first of all we hope everyone in the OPCC Cricket family is safe.

In order for us to survive as a Club we rely heavily on membership subscriptions and on income taken at the bar after fixtures along with our Friday night BBQs.

As we stand at the moment we don't feel we can ask anyone to pay their subscriptions because we don't know what cricket will be played this season, although we appreciate those who have contacted the club and offered to pay.

We do still have significant overheads to meet and with no income this is proving a real challenge for us. For instance we are still maintaining the ground with significant costs incurred for things such as Loam for the wicket, diesel etc for machinery along with our Club Insurance etc etc. Our outgoings this year will be in excess of £11000 without a single ball being bowled!

As many of you know, we have secured planning to build new changing facilities at the top field which will be fantastic for our Third Team and our Junior section and certainly much better than the existing ones. We are in danger of not being able to continue this if we have zero income this year.

This page has been set up so that anyone wishing to make a donation is able to do so to help our club survive. We know that for some people this is a difficult time so no matter how big or small any donations will be most welcome. Please don't feel this is a 'guilt request' but if you are in a position to help 'our' club we need you now more than ever.
