Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am running the Royal Parks Half Marathon help raise funds for OPENING DOORS, a Yarrow project supporting people with learning disabilities to eat well to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

I believe eating well is an integral part to having a healthy body and a positive mood.

However, many people with learning disabilities lack the skills and motivation to cook balanced meals which could lead to suffering from health conditions such as obesity or diabetes.

OPENING DOORS want to encourage people with learning disabilities to eat better through creating a series of simple cook along videos. The short videos will demonstrate someone with learning disabilities cooking a simple balanced meal while explaining the ingredients and method used.

The informative videos will be shared online so more people can get inspired and get cooking!
