Operation Dress is Wirral based charity that loan Prom dresses free of charge to girls who need them. We aim to be up and running ready to provide girls with their dream dress for 2020 Proms! We are fundraising money to go towards the running of the charity for dry cleaning bills, advertising costs etc.
