Story
We have been doing National Citizen Service for the past three weeks, and we are currently underway with creating a social action project within our team. We are a young group of people from Bedford and Dunstable, and we want to try and improve the children's ward in our local hospital. The reason that we decided to raise money for this cause is because one of our team members has recently been in and out of hospital for a number of reasons, and has been heavily dependent on the hospital staff the past few months. Therefore, we felt that as a team we wanted to give something back to the hospital for all that they did for our team member. We aim to raise about £500, so that we can buy new toys and activities for all of the children that are staying at the hospital. We would be grateful for any donations that you could give, so that you can help us reach our goal, and improve the children's department in Luton and Dunstable hospital.
Many thanks,
Orange Team

Fabulous to raise money in this way. From a personal point of view and with a child who is regularly in outpatients toys are a godsend and keep them occupied and distracted during their stay X
