Story

As some of you may know, I plan to undertake a World Challenge expedition to Borneo, Malaysia in July 2022. Part of the idea of the expedition is for students to raise their own funds, not to rely on the 'bank of Mum and Dad'.

In order to raise funds to help get me there and support the important work of the Semenggoh Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre in Borneo, I am swimming the length of England's longest lake, Lake Windermere. The funds raised by my 10.5 mile swim will be split equally - half will help me to cover the cost of my expedition and half will be donated to the Semmengoh Wildlife Centre, who help rehabilitate and protect orangutans; a species whose natural habitat is under serious threat from human activity.

If you are feeling generous and would like to help me complete my expedition, whilst also supporting the crucial conservation and rehabilitation work of the Semenggoh Centre, please donate to my cause. If you can't donate, but would like to help in another way, please share this page. Thank you!
