Story

This is me litter picking with a Scout at our local playing fields & my dog Skyr who goes most places with me and above the certificate from my fundraising for other charities

I have been in Scouting since the age of 7 yrs I started as a Beaver and now I am a Young Leader Explorer Scout and also doing DofE. I volunteer with the Scout troop I use to be a member of and I love helping new Scouts learn new skills, my main skills are to do with bush craft and especially camp craft. I also sing and act and have been in a few production and have helped the scouts learn how to sing as a choir and last Christmas we sang to a group of elderly at their Christmas Party which they loved. I am also helping the Scouts to run a Dragons Den Event where as a group we will be raising money for our chosen charity running in line with A Million Hands Project. I am also fund raising for a medical alert dog, we have already donated a puppy which my Mum bred and I want to continue to support this charity and have decided to do the £50.00 challenge for them. I will continue to do my voluntary work with Scouting as a Young Leader and want to also continue with my DofE Young Leaders Award. I am really looking forward to going to the Jamboree in 2019 and I am starting to think of ways in which I can earn money to fund it as much as I can but as we all know nothing comes for free and I would appreciate any support. If you think I could help you out in any way I would be happy to do so, as I want to feel I am giving as much back.

This is me helping the Scouts with their Dragons Den project Feb 2018
