I've raised £1000 to raise funds in loving memory of Gabriella Medina Noa

Gabriella went to the GP in 2020 to investigate a lump on her breast, she was dismissed with no further investigation. A year later she returned as the lump had grown and was urgently sent for investigations and was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had multiple rounds of treatment and was cleared some months later.
Through 2023 she visited hospital complaining of pains in her neck and arm, the hospital could offer no explanation.
Gabriella pushed for further tests and in September 2023 Gabriella was diagnosed with stage four aggressive metastatic cancer, she passed away peacefully in her sleep on 28 March 2024.
Gabriella’s journey through cancer was complicated and she bravely took on numerous rounds of treatment to prolong her life expectancy.
Gabriella was determined to have as much time as possible with her husband Jorge, and their three beautiful young boys; Angelo (10) Theo and Alex (twins aged 7).
Gabriella fought hard, and always maintained a positive and hopeful outlook. Her treatment was gruelling, the cancer was very aggressive and at each failed round she approached the next with hope and determination.
She was fuelled by the wish to be present for her children for as long as possible.
It was almost impossible to appreciate her internal struggle through this time as she always had a smile on her face, a sense of humour, and approached her journey with such dignity, determination and strength.
Although short, Gabriella had a very full life, she was full of adventure and dedicated her life to helping others.
Gabriella loved travelling and experiencing the world. It was on those travels she met her husband Jorge and they settled back in the UK to have their children as Gabriella wanted her children to grow up surrounded by the love of her family.
Through her teaching career she made a lasting impact on her students, and helped them achieve more than they could have imagined.
Gabriella was truly family oriented. Her door was always open and she loved and welcomed everyone. She will be sorely missed by many.
Gabriella’s final wish was to ensure her children experienced the wonders of the world, as she had. It was her intention to take them travelling.
Before her diagnosis Gabriella had intended to take the children to Disneyworld Florida in Easter 2025 and it was her final wish that the children still make that trip.
Gabriella requested that instead of flowers at her funeral funds could be donated to charity.
In honour of her memory, we will put any money raised towards arranging this memorable trip for her children.
Thank you
