Suicide is one of the UK's leading cause of death. Mental illness affects 1 in 4 people and is the leading cause of suicide. But we can help each other and ourselves not just through feeling suicidal or experiencing suicidal thoughts but through all mental health crisis'. Our Mind wants to create Crisis Plan magnets that can remind someone of how they can cope and how their loved ones can support them. The magnets will be completely free to anyone that asks for one (through our Facebook page) but we are fundraising to help support to production. This is a non-profit project so any money not used on the product will be donated the the mental health charity Mind.
