Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
After the success of my debut album 'Out of Town,' I have been commissioned to produce another album of purely female modern songs is hoped to be used as inspiration for recitals, competitions and general singing repertoire to help change the under representation in music. The works presented are easily singable in the hopes to show how accessible modern music can be. I am very passionate about contemporary music and am committed to change the under representation of Female composers throughout Music. I hope my CD will help to showcase how these works are more accessible and singable than many people think, therefore making more singers reach for these works, or indeed any works, by more modern and/or female composers. Repertoire to include: Errollyn Wallen, Emily Abdy, Elaine Hugh-Jones and Charlotte Bray

Really pleased to support an initiative like this, that gives opportunities to female composers, and an excellent female performer too!
