Story
This is a crowdfunding campaign for Mark Cock who needs a new prosthetic leg. He is an ex-serviceman, who served in the Royal Navy for ten years. Although turned down for many an apprenticeship when he left the Navy, because he only had one leg, lost through a major accident, he managed to put himself through intense training and get himself a job with British Gas. His military discipline and training has made him a really determined man who won't let this disability stop him or slow him down, but his current leg unfortunately keeps falling off when he is trying to work or accomplish anything. This is really soul destroying for him and he needs the new leg to be able to continue moving his life forward. Unfortunately the leg is going to cost in the region of £40,000. We have managed to raise £7,000 so far, but obviously have a long way to go yet. Any support you could give to someone who has served their country with such pride and determination, who now, through no fault of his own has lost a leg would be so gratefully received. Thankyou in advance for your generosity.
