Story
Solihull Council's Chief Executive, Nick Page, is taking on a number of physical challenges to raise money for children in care and care leavers. His challenges include: pulling a fire engine through Solihull town centre, Nordic Walking, Bollywood Dancing, joining a volunteer led walk and cycling various routes around the borough.
If you are feeling brave you can donate and join him in one of the challenges, or just make a donation to support him for his efforts. All donations will be managed by OVOS (Our Voice, Our Services) Solihull's Children in Care Council, who will plan events and activities for next year.
OVOS is made up of children and young people aged 8-25 who meet regularly with professionals to have a voice about services that effect them. They also organise activities for children in care and care leavers to meet, have fun, learn new skills and celebrate achievements.
If you would like to join Nick in his challenges please email Liz Moore on lmoore@solihull.gov.uk
