Not so long ago I lost a close friend of mine Llyr to mental health, so I have decided to raise money for a few of my chosen charities which feel like they do good work. The way I have chosen to raise money is by running the 4x4x48 challenge. The charities I have chosen are Movember,2 Wish Upon A Star, and Get the Boys A Lift.

The challenge is running which means running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours bringing the total miles to 48 miles.

The challenge will start at 9:00 and the time for the next run will start from 9:00 not after that run has been finished. Here are the times 9:00, 13:00, 17:00, 21:00, 1:00, 5:00, and then repeat. I am planning on doing the run on the 17th of December 2020 and will finish on the 19th of December, in the Carmarthen area.
